Client Registration Process & Fee Schedules

Full or Part Time Registration Fee

When you register with Nanny Poppins LLC you will receive the following benefits:

• Unlimited consultations with our professional staff
• 30-minute consultation with owner regarding background checks (optional)
• Access to available nanny candidates
• Complete review of your family’s needs
• Education regarding the in-home childcare industry
• Our professional/nanny family work agreement (Skeleton form)
• Assistance in creating a professional job description
• Payroll/tax information
• Insurance/benefit information

This registration fee is not credited toward occasional baby-sitting services.

Full or Part Time Nanny Placement Fee
The following is a schedule of the placement fees our clients pay once they have hired one of our nannies. It is only a placement fee and does not include the nanny’s salary. The clients always have the option of determining the length of time they wish to contract a nanny for. Clients do not pay additional fees for their nanny if she stays with their family beyond one year.

This registration fee is not credited toward occasional baby-sitting services.

Caregiver's Salary
Clients pay their nanny directly, usually on a weekly basis.

*Wages are always negotiated on an individual basis.

Temporary and Occasional Services

The following is a schedule of our fees.

Monthly contracts are available to clients who want to hire a nanny on a month per month basis for either full or part time.

Baby-sitting Service Annual Memberships Available
Customized Lists of baby-sitter's are put together for clients who wish to call baby-sitters reguarly on an as needed basis. The client pays a fee for the year and is able to call their baby-sitter's directly and not pay a fee for each use of the service. The fee is $450 annually for up to 12 hours per week of baby-sitting services.
